Our specialty is bringing to your home an authentically prepared European experience. Although we are able to divert from our typical service, we specialize in traditional formal French or English style degustation. This includes a menu offering of five to sixteen courses served in a particular style and order. Each authentically prepared and presented to your guests with a brief introductory of the history and nature of the extraordinary dish. There are many elements of consideration. For example, the level of formality, the theme, menu items, and the number of courses you choose to represent your degustation. An additional yet quite significant consideration is the cuisine's origin. Pavoni features European cuisine exclusively; however, this represents a host of western fare. You may choose our mainline Sicilian and Italian, or opt for our other specialties such as English, Scottish, Irish, French, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Swiss, Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Belgium, Swedish, Austrian, Danish, Norwegian, Albanian, Bosnian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, and Romanian. The majority of our fine patrons choose a menu mainly consisting of a combination of Sicilian, Italian, French, and Greek.

To that end, engineering an event as such can seem ludicrously complex and overwhelming. It is not. Delegating the preparations, details, and responsibility to us is your privilege. 

As you begin considering your next home affair, send us a greeting and tell us what's on your mind. We will respond with a greeting of course, followed by a few simple questions to assist you in your thought process and planning. Among these include projected time and place, number of people to be hosted, theme, price points, and additional considerations.
